Nou Koncept Makeup Studio was established in 2012. It has grown to a household name and loved by many clients who prefer beauty makeup.
 
Beauty makeup doesn’t take away from your looks, but enhances your best features! We specialise in weddings, photoshoots and other special occasion makeup services.
 
We deliver beauty makeup services in the comfort of your home or preferred location. We are also able to travel to you long-distance provided all expenses are cratered for.

Makeup services for one person requires approximately 1-hour appointment. 

Client will be notified of arrival time upon receiving payment to secure the booking date. 

Any set back due to delays caused by the client or clients group/wedding party, and if artist is requested and required to overstay, (provided we are able to stay pending our other appointments), the client will be charged additional charged equivalent per client rate per hour. Alternatively, if artist has other appointments, artist will not be able to stay and service fee forfeited.

If you have a particular schedule, please advise this at the time of booking or as soon as possible so this can be taken into account when allocating bookings.

If any additional people require makeup on the day, but do not have a booking, this is not normally a problem and payment can be in cash at the time of the appointment prior to us starting the service.

It is recommended to give us notice if others in attendance want Makeup so arrangements can be made.

Client to confirm in advance the numbers for Makeup to avoid potential disappointment where we may not be able to cater to extras.

Payments can be made by via bank transfer and mobile money (please include fees). No cash payment to secure booking.

Electronic payments that do not clear before the booking date will not be accepted as payment of the respective invoice.

International card payments will incur an additional charge (Please check with your bank to include the fees).

Please note that service will not be provided without payment in full, prior to the day of the event. Failure to pay the full amount fee before the event date will result in the event being cancelled and your deposit will be charged cancellation fee.

Preview (Trial) for one person requires an 1-hour 30 minutes appointment. Bookings are between Monday – Thursday.

Trials take place at a location to be confirmed upon booking.

We do not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore, if client is in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the artist(s) whilst on location.

Should you wish to meet us ahead of time and test our work in advance of a booking for your big occasion we highly recommend that you see us for a Preview (trial) prior to booking a wedding appointment with us.

Previews and Wedding/Group bookings are always treated as separate bookings, so Preview appointments do not secure wedding/other appointments.

The security deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds of any monies paid toward any bookings where there has been any partial/full cancellations.

Cancellations of the event should been done by informing us via P:0973230300

The makeup artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however the client will not be liable for any further payments.

Cancellations by the makeup artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of their obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given -will result in a refund to the client. No further compensation will be offered.

If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the makeup artist every possible endeavour to rectify such situations will be made, however no compensation will be offered on the makeup artist’s part. The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.

Please confirm your numbers carefully at the time of your booking, as we don’t offer any reductions at any time for makeup services. Should someone in your wedding/group booking cancel at any time they are welcome to be replaced with someone else, e.g. a guest or relative in the same location.

You will be charged the full amount of the service since the booking duration on the requested date has been specifically allocated to you which results in lost earnings/bookings for us.

It is your responsibility as the client to communicate and make the other parties aware of our rates and terms of service.

All security deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This also applies to weddings that have been cancelled due to personal relationship or personal financial problems.

All cancellations by the client are non-refundable.

The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.

The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour. 

The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.

The client will cover any necessary travel expenses of the makeup artist as agreed at time of booking. This is to include, should it be required, congestion charging and parking charges.

For destination weddings airport transfers both in the country and abroad, flights and accommodation with breakfast should all be provided.

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

We are, under any circumstances, not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to give advance notification to us if client has any particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, then we would be happy to use the product. We cannot make guarantees surrounding quality for product(s) you supply for us to use.

We reserve the right to stop work if there is any smoking in or entering the vicinity of the makeup area for the health and safety of our team. We reserve the right to refuse service on any clients displaying contagious viral symptoms including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhea and suspicious rash to ensure health of our staff and our other clients.

Children in attendance of the booking are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children are not to be in the service area at any time unless they are having a service and are being supervised by a responsible adult. This is for their own safety; we accept no liability from any claims arising from any children’s injury while in the service area.

Our usual service hours are 7 days by appointment 7:00am – 4:00pm (16:00)

Any service bookings that require a start outside of these hours may be subject to a once only fee per hours required to work outside of these hours.

Special considerations may be made for commercial or very large bookings and are decided at our discretion.
